This set of three posters (2 of each) encourage people to talk to each other about their worries.
They also talk about how we can all help each other and that you don’t need to be a professional to help someone. They let people know that in a mental health emergency you can call 000.
These posters were codesigned by members of the Vietnamese community in Sydney.
